The project is located in the East Park of Yichuan County Industrial Cluster. The structural form of this project is steel structure. The 1# plant is a high-rise plant with a total construction area of 5305.25m2; the building height is 38.1 meters; the 2# plant is a single-story plant, partially three-story, with a building height of 28.74m and a building area of 10923.67㎡.
The testing center is a 3-story frame structure with a building height of 12.3m. The roof waterproofing level of this project is II waterproof; the building function is a refractory material production line; the project design scale level: medium; the design reasonable service life is 50 years.
The material of the steel columns and beams in the steel structure is Q355B, the steel columns and beams are box columns and H-beams, the purlins are Q355B hot-dip galvanized, and the beam-column node connection bolts are 10.9S grade torsion shear high-strength bolts; the steel anti-slip coefficient is ≥0.40.The total construction period for the on-site civil engineering and steel structure installation of this project is planned to be 90 days.
