The structural form of this project is a portal frame light house steel structure (steel column, steel beam, color steel plate enclosure); the indoor and outdoor height difference is 0.30m, the building height workshop is 12.75 meters (outdoor floor to eaves), the west side annex is 15.0m (outdoor floor to roof), the building number of floors is a single-story workshop; the building covers an area of 6915.47㎡, and the total construction area is 6915.47㎡.
This project is a factory building with a design service life of 50 years; the structural safety level is level 2; the foundation design level is level C; the fire resistance level is level II; the seismic fortification category is level C; the production fire hazard is level E; the building roof waterproofing level is level II; the steel structure roof adopts corrugated steel plate for self-waterproofing; the workshop wall elevation is above -0.06m and below 1.2m is 240 thick MU10 sintered coal gangue brick, M7.5 mixed mortar masonry; the wall elevation above 1.2m adopts single-layer corrugated steel plate, model is Y28-205-820 type 0.30mm single-layer corrugated steel plate.
